Braised POLLACK

Due to its moist and soft taste, Braised POLLACK,
popular among both young and old, is special and delicious with Haedamjichan's special sauce.

    After POLLACK is thawed cut it off except for its head, fins and tail.
    * You thaw the frozen POLLACK.

    Put radish and various vegetables in a pot.

    Place the oriental POLLACK seasoning sauce over the POLLACK slice.

    Pour a cup of water and boil it for about 10 minutes.

Fried POLLACK

Crispy fried POLLACK is very good for people who do not like spicy flavor. You can enjoy it more delicious with sweet and savory seasoning.
